Candle Care & Maintenance

Q: What is proper candle care?
A: To enjoy your candle safely and get the most from it:

·       Allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container to prevent tunneling.

·       Place your candle on a stable surface away from flammable objects before lighting.

·       Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

·       Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use.

·       Never leave a burning candle unattended.

·       Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

·       Stop burning when less than ¼ of wax remains in the vessel.

Q: Is my candle sweating?
A: Sometimes fragrance oil rises to the top, giving the appearance of “sweating.” This is normal with natural wax. Simply wipe off the excess with a paper towel. To minimize future occurrences, store candles at neutral temperatures, away from drafts and direct sunlight.

Scent Sampling & Products

Q: Do you offer scent samples?
A: Yes! We offer 2oz wax melt samples

Q: Do you offer mini scent tins?
A: No. We find mini tins don’t give a true sense of our candle quality. Instead, we offer scent sample packs that allow you to experience all ten fragrances with minimal waste.

Shipping & Orders

Q: What type of shipping experience can I expect?
A: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (processing time not included).

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time, but we hope to offer international shipping soon!

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: Yes! If something arrives damaged or you’re unsatisfied, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through an exchange or refund.

Q: Do you do wholesale or custom orders?
