Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
We currently offer Standard Shipping only.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Obsidian Bleu ships within the United States only.
We hope to expand shipping options in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@obsidianbleu.com and include photos of the product and packaging.
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please allow 24 hours for the carrier's tracking information to update. If your package is still missing after that time, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Obsidian Bleu is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or package interception.
